Project Details
Marsh worked with the husband and wife Washington Township proprietors along with the Architect to bring a second Brown Iron Brewery to metropolitan Detroit. Located in Royal Oak, and with close access to Beaumont Hospital, the Owner’s intent is to provide group dining space for community and corporate gatherings. Their tavern style, open concept seating with full glass elevations brings this concept to life. The warehouse aesthetic was enhanced with open ceilings, stamped concrete floors, and interior roll up doors. Marsh also coordinated with their kitchen equipment supplier and brew team to create a full commercial kitchen and bar dedicated to the community.
