Safety
At T.H. Marsh Construction Co. safety is our top priority every day, on every job site. We believe total accident prevention can only be accomplished through the coordinated efforts of all employees. Therefore, we employ a full time Safety Director to oversee and implement our Safety Program. All THM personnel is required to sincerely follow the procedures and participate in continuing education classes such as the 30-hour OSHA Outreach Training Program.
Moreover, our focus on safety extends beyond THM employees. At our various healthcare projects, we create plans to ensure the safety of staff, residents and patients. Furthermore, we provide the special handling required by schools, research facilities, and other projects which house precious resources.
