Beaumont Physician Office Building & Cancer Center
Sterling Heights, MI

Project Details

Beaumont engaged with Marsh and set out to create a place at the Troy campus where its award-winning cancer-care services and the most advanced treatment options would be available in one location.

This comprehensive Cancer Center started with the construction of the Physician Office Building, a five-story addition to the Beaumont Medical Center at Beaumont Hospital, Troy. The 105,000 sq. ft. POB, owned by Landmark Healthcare Facilities, is home to 16 Beaumont medical suite build outs including many cancer treatment specialists.

Marsh was also on board for Phase II completing the vision and bringing Beaumont to the forefront of technology for cancer treatment with the add-on of a 13,000 sq. ft., Radiation Oncology building. The two new linear accelerators and CT simulator in this facility are the latest technology for planning and delivering radiation treatment.

Collectively, the new Cancer Center is now home to the Wilson Cancer Resource Center, an outpatient Infusion Center, multidisciplinary cancer clinics, a cancer research office providing access to clinical research studies, cancer genetic counseling and Integrative Medicine.
