Beaumont Royal Oak Hospital Operating Rooms - Royal Oak, MI

Genesis the Church - Royal Oak, MI

Oakland University Dodge Hall of Engineering - Auburn Hills, MI
Demolition and renovation of the advising offices in Dodge Hall of Engineering. The existing 800 sq ft of interior office space was renovated and expanded to include new ceiling and lighting, floor and wall finishes, new glass entrance, window treatment, and minor corridor upgrades.
University of Michigan Lane Hall - Ann Arbor, MI
Renovations and remodeling of the 3,000 square feet the ground floor of Lane Hall for computer and office use. The work includes selective interior demolition, as well as revisions to plumbing, HVAC, fire protection systems, and electrical service.
Velocity: Macomb Technology Advancement Center - Sterling Heights, MI
The building is a former Ford-UAW preschool that was donated to Macomb County in 2010. Construction work to transform the 35,400 square foot building into a business incubator took about a year. Renovations included electrical and HVAC upgrades, data lines, new finishes and furniture.
WCC Henry S. Landau Skilled Trades Building - Ann Arbor, MI
Marsh performed a complete renovation to the former Storage and Receiving building. The scope of work included demolition of a portion of an existing building and removal of all the surrounding walls exposing the existing structural steel. A second level mezzanine on a portion of the building was added.
